Get in touch

Studely is run by one person, so email is the only channel — but it is read by a human rather than a helpdesk.

What is worth writing about

  • An offer is wrong or dead. The most useful message I can get. Include the offer and what you saw — a broken link, a price that changed, eligibility rules that no longer match. Corrections get priority over everything else.
  • An offer is missing. Send the provider's own page rather than a referral link. It will be read, checked and scored by the same criteria as everything already listed; being suggested does not get anything listed.
  • You disagree with a score. Every point is named on the offer's page, so tell me which reason is wrong and why. That is a more useful argument than the number itself, and it has changed scores before.
  • Privacy and your data. Access, correction, deletion, or anything else under GDPR — see the Privacy Policy for what is held. Almost nothing is: no account is needed to read the directory.
  • Something looks like a security problem. Please write before publishing it anywhere.

What to expect

There is no support team and no promised response time — one person answers when they can. What I will not do is leave a reported dead link sitting there: the catalogue is the whole product, and a listing that is wrong is worse than a listing that is missing.

Studely is not the provider of any offer. If your problem is with a signup, eligibility check, billing or refund, that has to go to the provider directly — their terms govern it, not ours. See Terms.
