Effective date: 23 July 2026
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Operator: Studely, operated by a sole individual established in Romania (“Studely”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Service: the website at https://studely.app and its subdomains (the “Service”)
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Studely governing your access to and use of the Service. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on Studely, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. What Studely is (and is not)
Studely is an editorial directory of free tools, cloud credits, online courses, and discounts aimed at students. Each listing (“Offer”) is an editorially scored pointer to a product, programme, or promotion operated by a third party (the “Provider”).
Studely is not the Provider We do not sell, supply, sponsor, endorse, warrant, or control any Offer, product, or service listed on the Service. We are a signpost, not a party to any transaction between you and a Provider. Every Offer is subject to the Provider’s own terms, eligibility rules (including student-status verification), pricing, and privacy practices, which you must read and accept directly with that Provider.
Your relationship for any tool, credit, course, or discount is solely with the Provider. Any dispute about an Offer — availability, eligibility, billing, quality, refunds, data handling — is between you and the Provider.
3. No warranty that Offers are current or available
Offers change constantly. Providers alter, restrict, geo-limit, pause, or withdraw them without notice. We select and score each Offer editorially before publishing, on a best-effort basis at a point in time. We do not continuously monitor Offers, and:
- we do not guarantee that any Offer is currently live, available in your country, or open to you;
- we do not guarantee that eligibility criteria, discount amounts, credit values, or deadlines shown are accurate at the moment you act on them;
- listings are provided “as is” and “as available” for informational purposes only.
Always confirm the current terms on the Provider’s own site before relying on an Offer.
4. Affiliate relationship disclosure
No outbound link on the Service is currently an affiliate link, and we earn no commission from any Provider today. Some links are expected to become affiliate links: from that point, if you click through and take a qualifying action with a Provider, we may earn a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.
This does not change what we list or how we rank it Offers are selected and scored editorially. An affiliate relationship does not determine whether an Offer appears, and it does not change the price you pay. Where an Offer is monetised, we aim to make that transparent.
We plan to run both affiliate links and Google AdSense advertising. Neither earns anything today: no link is an affiliate link, and although the AdSense tag loads on every page, no ad unit is configured, so no advertisement is served. Advertising and cookie details are covered in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
5. Eligibility and accounts
5.1 Minimum age
The Service is aimed at students, who may include minors. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
5.2 Magic-link accounts
Accounts use passwordless magic-link authentication. You provide an email address; we send a one-time sign-in link (delivered via our email provider). There are no passwords.
- You may register one account per email address.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can request a sign-in link, so treat your email account as the key to your Studely account.
- You must provide an email address you are entitled to use, and keep it accurate.
- Tell us promptly at privacy@studely.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used unlawfully, or are created to abuse the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- misrepresent your student status or eligibility to obtain an Offer (that is a matter between you and the Provider, but doing so via Studely is prohibited);
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the catalogue or its data except as expressly permitted, or in a way that burdens our infrastructure;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, or rate-limiting features;
- probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Service or its hosting/database (including our authentication or backend);
- upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
- post, submit, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable (where submission or comment features exist);
- use automated means to create accounts or generate sign-in requests.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, and reporting to authorities.
These rules cover features that are not live yet Studely does not currently accept comments or community submissions. The acceptable-use rules above apply to any such feature from the day it launches, and to any content you submit through it.
7. User-submitted content (where available)
If and when the Service offers comments or Offer submissions, you retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, moderate, display, and remove that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for your submissions and represent that you have the rights to post them. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s editorial content, catalogue structure, verification write-ups, text, design, layout, logos, and code are owned by Studely or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
- Provider marks: Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial reference only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Studely by the Provider, or vice versa.
- Your permitted use: you may view and share links to pages of the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, or create derivative works from our editorial catalogue without written permission, except as allowed by applicable law (e.g. quotation).
9. Third-party links and services
The Service links out to third-party websites and services (Providers, and — where enabled — advertising). We do not control those sites, their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Following an outbound link is at your own risk, and the destination site’s own terms and privacy policy govern your use of it.
Our own infrastructure and processing sub-processors (for example, our hosting, DNS/CDN, database/auth, and email-delivery providers, and — once enabled — our advertising provider) are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Offers, listings, and information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that listings are accurate, current, or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studely, its operator and anyone working on Studely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any Offer — including any dealing with, or reliance on, a Provider.
Because Studely is a free editorial directory and is not a party to your dealings with Providers, we are not liable for a Provider’s acts or omissions, for an Offer being withdrawn or misdescribed by the Provider, or for any loss arising from an outbound link.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Studely harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your unlawful conduct — to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the consumer-law carve-outs in sections 10 and 11.
13. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and, where required by law or practical, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and, if you have an account, you may delete it.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting privacy@studely.app (see the Privacy Policy for data-deletion rights). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the right to rely on the protections of your local law and, where your local rules give you that right, to bring proceedings in your local courts.
